Augusta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Augusta is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. All good here. You just have to plan your escape from parking. There are certain hours of rushing to exit and a long line to exit will build up. Some folk don't understand how to scan the ticket or pay their $4

I appreciate this place now. My son has some situations that are unable to be done at his pediatric office. They are definitely efficient with there check ins and front desk procedures. The gals working were very helpful and had playful personalities which helps break the stress of being at the DENTIST for sure. The Dr. my son was put with is amazing.. When I say thorough I mean it. He helped all of my sons fears for the was part. He was very honest with him on some fear factors he had and it did help the anxiety. I am very thankful for being directed this saving grace..

I went in asking for dentures. I was told my k9s were good and if I wanted dentures I couldn't be in program. I agreed partials top bottom. Been driving almost 6hrs round trips. 4or5 trips getting filling on top teeth. Then had 8 teeth pulled. That wasn't easy. I called to see what I owed cuz I was keeping my bill paid. They told me I owed $1015. Then get a paper bill for $1624. Call to find out why the price changed cuz I let my student pull most my teeth to make bill cheaper. They finally adjusted bill to $1282. Wasn't totally happy but that or leave program. Made another appointment went last Monday and my student checked my teeth was there for another filling. He said that my left top k9 had been loose and they were hoping after the tooth beside it was pulled that it would firm up it didn't. he went to talk to instructor came back told me now I need dentures on top. All 9 teeth on top would have to be pulled that would add around $1700 to bill or do no more work on top. I have no teeth on left side top. I asked about money I spent on filling. He said that would be credited to my account. I started crying cuz don't have the extra money and what about all the time spent driving

I had a great experience at DCG. I came in as a patient who was in a lot of pain, and from the moment I arrived I felt cared for and supported. Dr. Hewett was extremely attentive, compassionate, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The customer service from the front desk, especially Carla, was truly top tier she was kind, professional, and very reassuring. I appreciate GPR clinic
